Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TEAM CONTROL ("Service"), operated by OneTeam ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TEAM CONTROL is a hosted control plane for OpenClaw AI agents. We provision and monitor virtual private servers (currently on Hetzner Cloud) on your behalf, install the OpenClaw runtime and the tc-bridge plugin, and provide a dashboard, gRPC API, and event streams to operate your agents. AI inference is routed through our gateway and upstream model providers.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any agents, skills, or workflows you configure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or third-party right;
• send spam, harass people, or run automation against platforms in violation of their terms (Telegram, WhatsApp, X, etc.);
• generate or distribute malware, abusive content, child sexual abuse material, or content used to deceive or defraud;
• attack, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system — ours or anyone else's;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

Subscription plans and AI token credits are billed through Stripe in U.S. dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Token top-ups are one-time purchases that credit your balance immediately. Token credits and unused subscription time are generally non-refundable except where required by law. AI usage is metered against your token balance at the rates published in the dashboard.

You retain ownership of the prompts, files, skills, memories and other content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service, including routing prompts through upstream model providers.

The Service relies on third parties including Hetzner Online GmbH (infrastructure), Supabase (database, auth), Stripe (billing) and upstream AI providers reached through our gateway. Their terms and privacy policies apply to data we route to them.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI output may be inaccurate, biased or unsafe — review it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued service would expose us to legal risk. On termination we will de-provision your VPSes and delete associated data subject to our backup retention windows.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
